Join Our Mission to Keep Seniors Strong, Healthy, and Happy
Regular exercise is essential at any age—but it becomes even more important as we grow older. Staying active helps older adults maintain independence, improve mobility, and support overall emotional well-being.
From boosting heart health and building muscle to improving balance and flexibility, physical activity is one of the most powerful tools for healthy aging. It reduces the risk of falls, strengthens bones, and helps fight depression by increasing serotonin levels. And there’s another added bonus: group exercise classes offer meaningful social interaction that can lift spirits and build community.
That’s why senior fitness isn’t just beneficial—it’s essential.
At Orion’s Fitness, we believe in making movement accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for residents in retirement communities, assisted living, independent living, and memory care facilities across the country. Our programs and locations are growing, and we’re looking for passionate trainers and instructors to join our expanding team.
No experience necessary—just a love for fitness and a heart for people.
We offer training and support, and we welcome instructors of all backgrounds to apply.
